Art exhibition `In My Homeland` was opened at Council of Europe

Children and Youth Art exhibition `In My Homeland` was opened on 2 May at 10th meeting on culture CDCULT at Council of Europe. Representatives of 47 European states get possibility to see wonderful drawings from the best art schools of CIS and East European countries.

At the certemony Mrs Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Director General of Education, Culture and Heritage, Youth and Sport at the Council of Europe reasoned on role of art in today society and Mr Vladimir Shevtsov, Director of Green Cross Belarus explained idea and approach of the project to participants and international public.

100 creative and concerned drawings are presenting lands and life in Belarus, Armenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Serbia and Ukraine to CoE delegates, staff, guests as well as residents of Strassbourg. Exposition is located in `Agora` and will be open till 20 May.
