The conference took place from 5 to 7 of February 2014 in the National center for environmental and local studies in Minsk. About 200 artists, headmasters of art schools, art experts and editors from Armenia, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Ukraine and Check Republic participated in it.

13 professional artists and art educators from Armenia, Belarus, Lithuania, Moldova and Russia were evaluating the entries. Jury was working from 1 to 4 February in the Educational Center of the Belarusian Green Cross.

The international plain-air for students and teaching artist devoted to the events of the World War I took place from the 29-th to the 15-th of August at the Educational Centre of Green Cross Belarus. Painters from Belarus, Russia and Ukraine were working hard during 18 days.

Young artists and art teachers from Minsk, Mogilev, Gomel, Vitebsk, Ochmiani gathered together at Education Centre of Green Cross Belarus on 26-28, April to start working on the project theme.

This year 308 works from 18 countries - Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Georgia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Malaysia, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Thailand, Turkey and the Ukraine - entered the exposition. Traditionally the works are displayed in the exhibition halls of the art gallery “University of Culture” and the Republican Ecology and Biology Center.
