Biennale of Children's and Youth Art "The Great The Known and Unknown" (Poland)

The Youth Cultural Center in the city of Rybnik invites young artists to take part in the biennale of children's and youth art "The Great The Known and Unknown" as part of the XVII International Art Competition.

Deadline for submitting works: February 28, 2022.

Theme of works: Pieter Bruegel, life observer.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:

• PARTICIPANTS AGE: 5 -21 years old. Age groups:  (up to 7 y/o), (8-11 y/o) , (12-15 y/o), (16-21 y/o).

• SIZE OF WORK: minimum 42cm x30cm (A3) (for paintings and drawings), free size (for printing graphics).

• TECHNIQUE: painting, drawing, printing, engraving, mixed techniques (flat).

• Works should be described in Latin alphabet block letters at the reverse side and contain the following information: author’s full name and age; institution’s address, e-mail and telephone number; teacher’s full name; teacher’s e-email and telephone number. Please do not roll or frame the works!

• Don't copy the artist's work – instead let them be an inspiration for your own beautiful art.

The works are not returned. The results of the competition will be published on MAY 13, 2022 on the website www.mdk.rybnik.pl

All winners will be notified by the organizers by e-mail or by phone.
